Spring cleaning?

While clearing the clutter from your closets and garage is a great spring tradition, now is also a perfect time to think about the ongoing maintenance of your home as it relates to the value of your home. Buyers of homes for sale in Lafayette CA pay top dollar for well-maintained homes but will sometimes balk when it comes to ones that appear to need lots of obvious work, cosmetic or otherwise.
