Tour Tips: Orinda’s 12 Descanso Drive – Wonderful Inside and Outside, and with Trail Access, too!

No question, this home is the complete package: Family friendly cul-de-sac life. Easy access to schools and neighborhood pool. Great curb appeal.

Families walked through the front door on Sunday already expecting to love this home – and they did.

Tips for Touring: 2 Trail Stops

Before you leave Descanso Drive, head to the end of the cul-de-sac. There you’ll find the trailhead for the Descanso Trail on the left. This trail offers access to all the trails of the Orinda Oaks Open Space Preserve, although you can expect some challenging hikes in the mix.
