While parent and community participation is one key to the success of our top quality education system, we attribute much of the success to Lafayette’s tried-and-true education foundation, Lafayette Partners in Education (LPIE).

For 37 years, LPIE has successfully fulfilled its mission to support and enrich the education of every child in the Lafayette public schools by providing supplemental resources for engaging curriculums that spark young imaginations and ignite dreams. By filling the gap between parent club support and parcel taxes, LPIE helps to fund a number of art, music, and science programs that are key to a well-rounded education. LPIE also provides funds for instructional aides and counselors.
