Happy Valley is where you’ll find Lafayette’s largest selection of custom estate homes. Some rest on hilltops, boasting panoramic views while others are at the valley’s base, surrounded by beautiful landscaping and gated drives.

It’s also an area that represents the widest range of home values in town. You will find homes priced just under one million and others occasionally just over ten million.
