We are excited to announce that Dana is in the top 2% of Diablo area realtors that will receive the 2014 Five Star Professional Award.
The award is based on the key criteria such as integrity, negotiation and closing preparation. The resulting list of 2014 Five Star Real Estate Agents represents an exclusive group of real estate agents who provide quality services to their clients.
Surveys were sent to San Francisco East Bay area residents who recently purchased a home over $150,000 (more than 6,216 households) within a 3-month period (October 2013 to December 2013) asking them to evaluate real estate agents with whom they have worked and evaluate them based upon nine criteria. Recent homebuyers may evaluate up to two real estate agents in order to measure the experience associated with the purchase and sale side of a move. Self-nominations are not accepted.
Five Star Professional conducted research to determine the real estate agents in the San Francisco East Bay area who provide quality services to their clients. Diablo magazine and Five Star Professional have teamed up to announce the winners in a special section in an upcoming issue of the magazine. Dana and the entire Dana Green Team are thrilled to once again be included in this group.
